The app suddenly stopped letting me use the mobile deposit feature for no reason. Now as soon as I click on "deposit check" it gives me an error message "RDC accounts unavailable." I have used mobile deposit for years with no problems. So I am quite pissed off that this is happening now because the branch locations are very far out of my way to have to drive to every time I need to deposit a check.

I hate how I now have to click on the description to find out who the charge is from. I wish you'd give a small detailed view like it used to be before the upgrade. I also can't view the last 5 transactions without signing in even though I selected that in my settings. Needs some serious work and it shouldn't have been released like this. It's a horrible new version. So much so that I'm thinking of switching banks. Plus, I didn't receive any notice saying that you would be down for 5 days!

Thank you for your feedback. By enrolling in Financial Tools (under the Services menu) the descriptions of transactions will display more prominent. We are sorry the communications were missed. We kept important outage dates updated on our website.

Currently card center won't allow you to remove online and out of state restrictions just met with an "unexpected error has occurred". Online companies are now having problems with my automatic payments saying they can't charge my card on file when everything is 100% accurate. These issues are making it extremely hard to plan for holiday shopping. I may need to go bank shopping first..
