Please stop sending me appointment offers! It's very annoying! I left this one star review several months ago. At the same time, I reached out to the BCH I.T. Department asking them to fix their app. All I'm asking is for them to give me the option to not receive "appointment offers" which are offers to change my appointment time and date. I receive these offers daily. It's a simple change. Make "appointment offers" a distinct notification category and give me a toggle to turn it off. Please.

When I try to schedule an appointment this app allows me to schedule one but I always get a message from the doctor saying I have to call in to set an appointment. They say the time I scheduled is not available for a month even though this app says the time and date I requested is available. I am trying to get VA coverage now. I don't think this group is interested in seeing veterans in their seventies.

This app does nearly EVERYTHING you need & does it very well consistently. I have chronic pancreatitis & it gave me pain, diabetes, & a disability. So, I have a lot of Docs & meds. I have several appointments each week that all need their own checkin form filled, as well as passing messages to staff, reading results from tests, requesting refills, rescheduling appointments, and I have specialists outside of BCH too with their own systems. & again, it handles ALL of these tasks all by itself.
