To use the Benevity app, your company must be a Benevity client and you must have a valid user account.

Ratings and reviews

Very buggy app unfortunately. It works for making a simple and targeted donation, but it is veeery slow, it keeps showing the loader and sometimes it gets stuck in a loading screen, the search works only once and then you have to restart the app. Overall quite bad UX.

Automatic donations coming from paycheck are so much easier for monthly money management compared to donating automatically with credit cards. Aligning then to my paychecks is perfect, easy to budget for. Has all the charities I've searched for, and it's easy to manage all my recurring donations to many charities, being in one hub. Some buttons are slow and doesn't show that the system is thinking/working when pressing a button. Zero ads. Needs your SSO login on hand, from your employer.

The overall Benevity program is ok, not perfect, but no major complaints from me. The app is bad. Benevity's "support" team (or maybe just Kevin) is the worse. Also, the only two 5-star reviews on this app are clearly fake. Benevity: don't reply asking me to submit a ticket. You have my name; find my active ticket.
