MonAS Lycée allows you to manage communication around the school's sports association (AS):

[For students]:
*The AS calendar for the year with all the information (activities, times, locations, additional information, etc.)
*A calendar updated in real time
*Access to results for all categories/groups
*Receive notifications from PE teachers
*The ability to register (and unregister) for activities requiring prior registration
*Join a team
*View the list of activities offered during the year
*View the list of my registrations for upcoming activities
*See who is already registered for each activity
*Access information about how your AS operates

[For teachers: *subject to having access to the dedicated website]:

*Send notifications to the different categories (or to all students subscribed to "General Information" notifications)
*Manage student accounts
*Create AS groups independently of categories
*Access the List of activities offered throughout the year for each student
*View real-time participant lists for each activity
*Register/Unregister students for activities
*Access all categories
*Create a High School category for all members
*Add/edit activities
*For each activity, registration can be made mandatory, a registration deadline can be set, the number of participants can be limited, and a personalized message can be added with multiple text editing options.

*Option to add a questionnaire for students to complete when registering for an activity.

*Create activities with invitations for a targeted audience
*Create teams
*Take and send the attendance list (PDF file)
*Publish results
*Access results by day
*Access the AS archives (Past days and the previous year's calendar)
*Access the list of students registered on the application
*Add/Remove students from groups
*Present the AS in the "Information" section

And all this within a highly secure environment. Registration is impossible without the school code chosen by the teachers.
