Ratings and reviews

Way better than the old app but so many issues with it. Why do I need to do step authentication every time I log in? Save my phone as a trusted device. Also I have 2 separate accounts (one is joint) and being able to switch from one to other without having to log in and authenticate every time would be great.

Signed up bank account on 10/14. Said we would have access to all in 10 days. Installed app on 10/30. Tells me my information is not right. Still no bank card. No way to use this credit union. They are placing holds on all money deposited. Totally NOT HAPPY WITH THIS!

Significantly better than the old app. Everyone saying you should've updated the old app doesn't understand how coding something works. I imagine there were some big changes that needed to be made that were cheaper to do with a ground-up redesign. Good work.
