BSA Winterfest is the official mobile app for the Scouting America Winterfest Exploring, Venturing and Sea Scouting event in Gatlinburg, Tennessee — hosted annually by the Northeast Georgia Council.

Everything participants, advisors, and spectators need for Winterfest weekend lives in one app:

• Browse and buy tickets — Merch, event tickets, special activities, and Winterfest add-ons. Purchases happen securely through our official secure checkout.

• View your event schedule — Type your Post, Crew, Ship or Troop Number and instantly see every booked class, time, and location for your unit. No account required. You can also log in with the email used to register your unit to automatically load your unit’s schedule.

• My Tickets — Sign in with just your email and a 6-digit code (no password to remember). See every ticket your account has purchased, color-coded by type, with QR codes ready to add to your wallet and scan at the door.

• Gatlinburg Goosehunt scavenger hunt — Play our Gatlinburg-themed scavenger hunt right from the app. Track your team’s score on the live leaderboard.

• Event info at your fingertips — Map of the Gatlinburg Convention Center and satellite locations, daily schedule, contact info, and FAQs.

BSA Winterfest is built and maintained by the Northeast Georgia Council. The app is free; tickets are sold through the app and our event site at bsawinterfest.org.
