About this app

BurlyCon in your pocket — the whole schedule, the venue, and your personal plan in one app that keeps working even when the conference-center Wi-Fi doesn't.

Built for attendees of BurlyCon, the burlesque arts education convention, this companion app keeps every class, lab, panel, and event at your fingertips across all four days.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Browse the full schedule — every class, BurlyLab, panel, and event, organized by day. The schedule opens right to what's happening now.
• Find anything fast — filter by day (Thursday through Sunday) and search by title, presenter, or room.
• Build your own con — save the sessions you want and see them grouped by day in My Con.
• Never miss a start — set reminders at start time or a set number of minutes ahead. Your device schedules them, with no account needed.
• Stay in the loop — announcements from BurlyCon organizers appear on Home, and optional alerts bring urgent news like a room change or a cancelled class. Alerts have their own notification category, so you can mute them separately from reminders.
• Get your bearings — the venue map shows every conference room, and tapping a room name on a session highlights it on the map.
• Everything in one place — registration, hotel, and accessibility info, plus the links that matter.

WORKS OFFLINE

Once the schedule has loaded, browsing, your saved list, the latest announcements, and the venue map all work without a connection — so a crowded hotel network or a dead spot on the event floor won't slow you down.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

No account. No login. No ads. No tracking. Your saved sessions and reminders live only on your device. To deliver organizer alerts, the app registers with Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging, which assigns it an app-specific identifier that isn't linked to you.
