hex610 is a sliding tile puzzle inspired by Gabriele Cirulli's 2048, with new twists:
New merge mode. 2048 acts on powers of two: merging two equal tiles yields their sum, the next power of two (1 + 1 → 2, 2 + 2 → 4, 4 + 4 → 8, …). hex610 introduces Fibonacci numbers: merging two consecutive tiles yields their sum, the next Fibonacci number (1 + 1 → 2, 1 + 2 → 3, 2 + 3 → 5, …).
New boards. While 2048 acts on a 4×4 square board, hex610 adds hexagonal, triangular and octagonal boards, and shrinks the square board to 3×3 while setting the bar higher.
New clock modes. Besides the relaxed, untimed default mode, hex610 introduces clock modes, where the player has to race against a countdown.
Deterministic play. New tiles look random but are pseudorandom, so play is reproducible: the same move after an Undo always gives the same tile.
