update 6/12/26 six months later and still having issues. haven't been able to use the app for the last month, even after deleting and reinstalling. thinking about leaving this bank just because of this issue! The app doesn't always work. I can go days without being able to log in unless I go through a web browser. I've deleted the cache and storage. No change. I can uninstall and reinstall and still not be able to use the app. I reboot my phone each time as well.

Horrible mobile deposit. The older version of the app made it quick and easy to deposit checks. With the 2024 version, you have to go through several screens and steps and if the photo fails, which so far happens about 75% of the time, you have to start over. Arrrgg... If you are going to replace people with machines, at least do a good job of it.

This app sucks! Not sure why they moved away from the other one when it was working great. I also never asked for my separate accounts to be confined into one login especially when I be have to toggle back and forth to n access functions for each account separately. It's ridiculous! It also keeps buffering. It never ends and I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling. The offer app never had these issues. There is also no way to change the order in which your accounts show up. Who did that!!?
