Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't always work. I can go days without being able to log in unless I go through a web browser. I've deleted the cache and storage. No change. I can uninstall and reinstall and still not be able to use the app. I reboot my phone each time as well. Then 3 days later I have no issues logging in. Very frustrating.

This app is trash. I was forced to download it and there are some glaring issues that it has. To begin, the connectivity and integration into other apps is terrible. All of my financial tracking apps that I had connected to here via plaid, are unable to gain access or verify deposits. Secondly, the app is ridiculously slow and it freezes and boots me out often. Thirdly, it no longer has a section where I can see what the routing number is. The old app worked better.

Aside from being forced away from the original app that never had any issues, there are couple new issues: - search function for transactions is slow. It was better before when it would keep more than just 2 months of transactions in quickly available memory - app won't automatically log you out correctly. If you open the app a while after signing in, it asks you if you want to stay signed in, but it just freezes up regardless of the answer. You have to close and reopen the app to get it to work
