It could have more to it based on what it's used for. It could have links to related websites. The ability to text your case manager or counselor. Those are just a couple things that would be useful. In reference to logging in, lower Case the first three letters of your last name and the last six numbers of your are SAR. The last 6 numbers of your SAR for the password as well. A lot better than calling in and I look forward to improvements!

This app always runs correctly doesn't crash no ads no extra stuff to go through to get to the screen you wanted. It's dependable and safe to use.

can you put a alarm for any check ins? we don't hear it until the final warning. we had like a ringing every time there was a check-in but but the app stop that today and I'd like to have that feature back
