It could have more to it based on what it's used for. It could have links to related websites. The ability to text your case manager or counselor. Those are just a couple things that would be useful. In reference to logging in, lower Case the first three letters of your last name and the last six numbers of your are SAR. The last 6 numbers of your SAR for the password as well. A lot better than calling in and I look forward to improvements!

Just started using this app a little over a week ago. I have to reset my phone often for other services that I have used on a regular basis for a good while usually at least once daily. Nothing out of the norm. Once I was told to install this app my routine didn't change. I had to reinstall the app each reset, I was required to test 4 days in a row which I thought overkill. Then one day I didn't need to reset, and I didn't get asked in. Every time I have reset I've been made to test after. EYES

This app will bring extra stress into your life. This application is used in situations where participants need this to be full proof, 100% of the time. This app is NOT a good choice because it only works most of the time. When you can't complete a task due to technical difficulties on the apps end, you're left stressing like crazy! Another issue is the privacy policy! This has to infringe on our rights. Why would an app need access to your storage & physical activity. DO NOT RECOMMEND
