About this app

Cavren is built for emergencies, threats, accidents, being out alone, and families and groups who want to find each other fast.

Cavren does not replace 112. In immediate danger, always call the emergency services yourself.

SOS with an operator
Start an SOS with the red button, a shake, the volume buttons, your smartwatch or the dashcam. Cavren shares your location, status and live context. Where trained operators are available, they assess the alert and dispatch helpers; otherwise your SOS goes straight to your own contacts and helpers.

Helpers and route
Helpers get a verified incident screen: the route map on top, live video or context below. Helpers are your own trusted contacts and other Cavren users nearby.

Automatic detection
Cavren detects possible emergencies through sensors: fall detection, crash detection for car, bike, scooter and motorcycle, and man-down detection, with adjustable sensitivity and a cancel time.

Family and groups
Create a family group. When members share location, you see each other on the family map with battery status, online/offline and zones like home or school. Make separate groups for friends, neighbors, colleagues or sports teams, with separate chat and location sharing.

PTT and communication
Cavren supports chat, family chat, group chat, neighborhood chat with location range, video calls, livestream and push-to-talk/walkie-talkie.

Dictaphone, Locker and evidence
Use the dictaphone to quickly record audio. During an SOS, if you enable it, Cavren can store audio, video or other evidence in your Locker. You manage your Locker yourself; some SOS evidence can only be deleted after review by an administrator, so it cannot be erased under duress or by an offender.

Blackout
With no network or internet, Cavren tries to relay emergency signals and context over Bluetooth via other Cavren users nearby.

Dashcam
Use your phone as a dashcam in the car or on a bike, scooter or motorcycle. Recordings go to your Locker, and where available to Cavren servers.

Accessibility service (volume-button SOS)
Cavren uses Android's Accessibility Service (AccessibilityService API) only for this: pressing the volume button 8-25 times quickly as an SOS trigger, even with the screen locked or an app playing sound. It reads only volume-button presses: no screen content, no audio or call recording, no data collection. You turn it on yourself and can disable it anytime in Android Settings > Accessibility.

Privacy
European data centers, GDPR, PIN code, control over location sharing, a deletable account and no sale of location data.

Subscriptions and tokens
SILVER includes key safety features. GOLD and PLATINUM add faster location updates and higher limits. Tokens give day access and extra storage.

Cavren supports 38 languages.

Important
Cavren is not a medical device and does not guarantee that help always arrives or arrives in time. Helpers act at their own responsibility. Location, detection, alerts and routes depend on device, network, GPS, permissions and available services.

Optional disguise: you can make Cavren look like an ordinary “Daily Horoscope” app for abuse or stalking situations — it is user-activated, PIN-protected and reversible in Settings.
