CEAO administers state and federal funding for road and bridge projects, with program dollars passed through our organization from the Ohio Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration. We work closely with state and federal legislators to ensure these funds are managed responsibly, transparently, and in full compliance with all accountability requirements.
