Useless App. No charge points on the map. Constantly logged out, sends an email to verify account, but never received. Unusable. Waste of time. For anyone looking for an alternative, I had success with Electroverse app and don't need to be with octopus to use it. Just set up an account, add a payment method and it works. Map also works well. How an app should be. Simple.

I don't think I ever used a worse app. Every time I open it, it logs me out and asks for an email verification, which then never arrives. Eventually it let's me in and defaults location to Edinburgh despute having location permissions, the chargers on the map take forever to load, so most times you just sit there trying to get it to work. And even if it doesn't, it still charges your account which takes forever to return! Disgrace

A week long trip to Scotland and I've managed to successfully charge the car only a handful of times. The rest of the time, despite finding a charging point which appeared to be working, the app either wouldn't recognise the charge point was working and available, or wouldn't successfully start the charge. It still shows I have active sessions (which I can't stop) despite the fact I never got any charge.
