Our new Chester Zoo App has everything you need to navigate the zoo, right at your fingertips.

You’ll have a whole zoo in your pocket! From finding your favourite animals to navigating from point A to B with ease, this app will help you explore and get things done to make your zoo day the BEST DAY EVER!

We want to make your time at the zoo as FUN FILLED as possible, without the hassle of finding your way around our 128 acres of zoological gardens or trying to locate any of our 20,000 animals!

Perfect guide and partner to your visit - great for making check lists, plans, and learning before/during/after visit. Would be nice when the info section is padded out with all the digital donations, memberships, sponsorships and annual event news.

It's great to see a chester zoo app at last.. One main thing that could be improved is when choosing you animals through the plan page, this should automatically map out a best route to see your chosen animals, or at least a map just showing your planned animals, such that you can choose a route yourself. The map as it stands is a little cumbersome, in that you have to press on every icon to see what's there. Otherwise, good work

It's a nice idea and would be useful if it didn't crash so often, particularly when trying to edit your planned attractions. I wonder if it can't cope with limited connectivity (the O2 signal is poor around the zoo). The 'Plan' feature would be better if it could work out the optimal route to minimise walking, and there's more info that could be added like talk times and menus for the food outlets. Note: not obvious but on the map, press the compass icon to zoom in to your current location.
