The Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta app is designed to give families easy access to the things they need most from Children’s.

Access MyChart Patient Portal
• Pay your bill online
• Communicate with your child’s doctor
• Manage your child’s appointments and complete forms
• Receive reminders
• Access test results and records

Find Amenities During your Visit
• See services available at your location, from family libraries to legal aid
• View family support services like child life and chaplaincy

Find Care
• Check wait times
• Get directions to a Children’s hospital or neighborhood location  
• Find the nearest Children’s Emergency Department or Urgent Care Center
• Look up physicians on Children’s medical staff  

After downloading the Children's app, you will be able to:
• Find and navigate to a hospital or neighborhood location.
• Find the nearest Emergency Department and see wait times.
• Find the nearest Urgent Care Center, see wait times and save your spot in the line.
• Locate a department, patient room or amenity from inside the hospital.
• Look up Children's physicians.
• Access patient information using MyChart.
• Upload health and fitness data, including data from Health Connect, when enrolled in self-tracking programs.

Ratings and reviews

Even though the prescription refill request has issues, I still rate it 5 stars because having access to my child's doctor has never been easier. Also love the option to learn more about conditions tab

I typically have no issues with this app but I guess it's recently updated and now the app won't open it keeps saying invalid info or simply fatal so not sure what's going on but app is unusable at this time.

The surgeons are so amazing. Most nurse practitioners and the nurses are amazing. Just make sure you are watching what the attendees are doing including the lab techs in training. It was a lot of mess ups and our babies go through enough to have things go wrong. Make sure you know all your dos and don'ts and don't be afraid to speak up when you see something going wrong. Other then that I would not choose anywhere else for my child to be ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
