way more than just an id card, it's super useful for navigating the beautiful non linear layout and audio learning. it's not like they're competing with other zoos in town, the zoo would still be awesome without this and they could easily charge for this resource - kudos for keeping our Zoo the best in the world.

I great place to spend family time.y wife and I take our grandkids to the Cincinnati Zoo often. A good value for the money and a beautiful place with great animals and unique exhibits

Festival of Lights-- only 2 ticket windows open(all others closed) and the line was wrapped through all narrow lanes, and then further out toward the parking lot. Over an hour lost waiting in line to get tickets. Impossible for anyone with mobility concerns. We were unable to use our membership discount online to purchase additional tickets, hence the need to go in line.
