Great zoo, terrible app. Help me find food with menus and locate the nearest restrooms. Having to select categories and couch extra points is just annoying.

I have been a loyal and happy customer of the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium for decades! I have been visiting with my family since before my children were born. I was able to see Jack Hannah several times. I love Zoombezi Bay and all of the rides and attractions! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and professional! The new exhibits for the otters, Mexican Wolves, Bald Eagle a Bears are awesome! I have so many wonderful memories (The Lantern Festival!) and I continue to make new memories!

This app is a good idea but it constantly times out and takes you back to the main screen. It would also be nice if it provided info about the areas
