The new app is much better than the old from what I have gathered. The interface is much nicer and smoother. However, searching the catalog constantly yields no results! The website shows data while this app can't find it. Additionally, a small bug seems to be when you click on the email link in the contact us section, it tries to initiate an online chat.

The APL, & all the staff & people who maintain the system, the app, & to all who work keeping it as it is ? TYVM , and just appreciate just how respectful they are... Thx also to the taxpayers who voted to keep the library funded and supported! please keep it up! its tax $$ well spent.. the investment/return aspect isn't glam, or on the surface doesn't show its worth unless u happen to be in a position to need it

While the new app has a nicer interface than the old app, it is ultimately disappointing as a replacement, because the seach tool - the main feature of a library app - is a major step backwards. It is slower, details about the material are hidden away in sub-menus, the "similar" sub-menu suggests material the library doesnt carry, one cannot limit one's search to specific branches, etc.
