This app is much clunkier to use than the BookMyne app. In order to search the catalog, it simply re-routes out of the app to a browser-based version of the library website that is optimized for computers, not mobile devices, and requires logging in separately with library card #. Also, in order to suspend a hold or edit/view the suspension, you have to go to the catalog in the browser, log in there, and edit the hold from there. There is no ability to do it within the app.

This is a great app for patrons of the Provo City Library. It offers all the functionality of the SirsiDynix app "BookMyne" and so much more. The only thing BookMyne has that this doesn't is let you manage your accounts at multiple libraries that use SirsiDynix software, but this offers so much more that it's totally worth installing and using. Just like in BookMyne, you can see what you have checked out and on hold. You can see when items are due and renew them. That's where BookMyne ends. With this, you also have access to on-line resources like e-books and e-audiobooks. You can get information about library programs, news, and events. It will link you to the library's social media pages. You can even access your library card bar code, so you can use it to check out materials using your phone in case you left your card at home.

So many glitches! I love this app, bit it needs an upgrade. This is the second time I've had to delete then install it again. The app gets to the point where it freezes up and there isn't anything I can do to fix it besides deleting it!
