doesn't work. can't schedule appointments, not able to go back to home screen without having to close the app all together and login again. none of the optional features work. anytime I click on an action button the feedback page pops up then I can't go back to the home screen. was a very tedious process to have to set up the account and now it's useless.

it's good when it works. I constantly have to uninstall/ reinstall due to server issue errors.

First of all, you are able to access anything you need through the app! I find it very convenient that you can schedule appts without that long wait on the phone. I took my son to one of Cooks urgent care clinics once and waited 2 hours in my car! I got frustrated, left, and ended up calling to cancel my sign in. They told me about the app and how to schedule a virtual appt. In less than 30 minutes I got a call and a prescription, all from the comfort of my couch. It truly is an awesome app!
