can't sign in any more it gives a general error every time. I've had an account for years

Can never sign in! Always say there's an error. I try to reset my password it lets me in just long enough to check things then the next time I try to sign in I have to reset it again. And it never texts me the verification code.....it tells me it does & shows my phone number but I never receive it. Have to go through email to verify & that's a pain. Please just fix it so I can sign in.

First of all, you are able to access anything you need through the app! I find it very convenient that you can schedule appts without that long wait on the phone. I took my son to one of Cooks urgent care clinics once and waited 2 hours in my car! I got frustrated, left, and ended up calling to cancel my sign in. They told me about the app and how to schedule a virtual appt. In less than 30 minutes I got a call and a prescription, all from the comfort of my couch. It truly is an awesome app!
