It's awesome! Only my external accounts won't stay and I have to sign in again every time. That's very annoying I don't have time to stare at my phone and wait for a code. Before, I could just open the app and see everything. That was awesome. UPDATE It works perfectly. I linked my external account with the wrong link. Yea!¡ Thanks 👍 🙏 I messaged them and they got right back to me with the information I needed, you guys are great.

So Copper State made us go 4 days without a mobile app to launch this new, supposedly "improved" one. There are absolutely no improvements! It just has a different look, and features have been rearranged. I also had to resign up for Zelle as if I never had it. When are you guys going to add useful tools like being able to temporarily block my debit card if I misplace it, or the ability for my husband to have his own login profile? Those would have been worth the wait!

App is great except for initial setup. Transfer from old app was supposed to be seamless and problems were exclusive to Zelle usuage. Zelle was insistant that i was not registered as a user and did not acknowledge incoming transfers, instead leaving them in limbo, as outgoing transfers showed that monies had indeed been sent and recieved, but according to Zelle my account had never been registered despite eight years of prior usuage with Zelle and three years with Copper State Credit Union.
