normally great, but as of yesterday I have to restart my phone every time I need to log in. even when logging in with correct info it just gives me a generic error. when I restart my phone, it works again. uninstalling and reinstalling the app seems to work once too, but when I close the app it happens again until I restart or reinstall

Overall the app isn't terrible. I do however, get locked out from the ebanking. No idea why it happens. Other than that, I have no complaints. The Pawcatuck branch has very friendly staff. I'm highly impressed with all of the employees that I've encountered!

Overall the app/bank seems very secure. The problem I faced was learning the layout, and navigating to what I need. The app is unintuitive, a bit clunky and slow compared to other banking apps. i.e. Bank of America or Capital One. I don't enjoy the app, but there's beauty in simplicity.
