rarely ever works anymore. and if it does it's because I had to restart my phone and make sure there are no open apps running. this has been going on for months. I've updated when available. I've deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times. each time I have a terrible time being able to log in bc it will say I have invalid credentials. I've made this well known to Crane, but nothing has changed. so frustrating

You can not update your address and information through the app. They can't even help you reset your pin to debit card on here without calling. wont let me log in changed my password still won't and I can't activate my new card they mailed me and can't figure out my pin I'm about to close this account all together. IMCU is way better been with them over 20 yrs now issues.

You never can be too careful these days. And this app helps out one hundred percent.
