I'm happy I still have an old card that I can carry around that has my number and the emergency phone numbers on it. *Edited out the bit about having to log in (and have Internet) to get to your data, to satisfy the character limit of the review* Edit: on my device (Samsung s23), I need to log in again after each time the app is closed. I've not touched the logout button.

Dear Kim, thank you for your message. If you don't log out, the app will show you the card even if you don't have an internet connection. As for biometric access, we are aware that some users are still having problems logging in. Our IT team is working hard to resolve this issue. Last version does not work on Android 14. App doesn't let me login 😔. Support contacted me and told me all should be fine with latest version for Android 14. I told them nope, still not good. I'm on Android 1 with latest pixel 6 update. I have latest version of this app... and it still does not work! Waiting for the bug to be fixed.

The login no work in android 14 , the app crash, Update:, I did the process indicate and same issue. It is a compatibility issue with android 14 UPDATE 1: I did the cache and storage empty process and the issues is the same , there are a bug in the app and no work with Android 14. UPDATE 3: 12 months later the app still not working with Android 14 users very bad DAN... UPDATE: version 3.3.8 still having thebug , 16-09-2024 , tested with latest versión.
