Cannot login anymore (again). Uninstalled and installed, but nothing works. I'm currently on the latest available version. I have contacted support and they manually set a password for me. After 3 months, that password also stopped working. Password rotation doesn't work. Support is not really helpful, they even point you to their site, so they don't have to help you

I'm happy I still have an old card that I can carry around that has my number and the emergency phone numbers on it. *Edited out the bit about having to log in (and have Internet) to get to your data, to satisfy the character limit of the review* Edit: on my device (Samsung s23), I need to log in again after each time the app is closed. I've not touched the logout button.

Dear Kim, thank you for your message. If you don't log out, the app will show you the card even if you don't have an internet connection. As for biometric access, we are aware that some users are still having problems logging in. Our IT team is working hard to resolve this issue. Can't login in the app despite being a member, the website login works normally, on Android 16 cleared cache and data to no avail, then checked here and saw tons of people having the same problem. Time to face the fact that the app is bugged and you need to address the issue instead of blaming users.
