To use the Dow Credit Union Mobile app, you must be enrolled as a Dow Credit Union Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Everything I need to do I go to the App. Secure communication, quick transfers both within and external to the institution, and I am always impressed with the quick feedback I receive when emailing a Rep in App and their willingness to go above and beyond. DCU has found a way to seamlessly support remote customers while maintaining an in-person experience!

User friendly. Nice to be able to enter a 4-digit passcode to refresh the screen when using the app rather than having to go through entering a user id and password when the screen has timed out. Super simple to make payments and conduct transfers. I love the way I have overdraft protection when e-paying bills from checking as funds are transferred from savings to checking automatically in the event of a negative checking balance.

The old app was a great example of what a banking app should be - lightweight, reliable, and simple. It had nearly everything you wanted and nothing you didn't. This new one is a great example of fixing something that wasn't broken. It's full of buttons and animations and backgrounds and objects with transparency. Silly. From one software engineer to another, please stop wasting resources unnecessarily on mobile development effort that just isn't needed.
