The application was created with the aim of digitizing, and thus simplifying, communication between partners and the delivery person of 321 deliveries.
When users order product delivery from facilities to their home address, partners enter all the necessary order data into the application - the address and the time when the order is ready.
Deliveries can then record the time of picking up the order from the facility, as well as the time of delivery of the order to the end user, which partners can monitor at any time.
Partners and deliverers have the ability to view all orders and their details retrospectively, and thus, they can track how many orders have been delivered.
The introduction of an innovative way of communication in the business between the delivery person and the partner promotes: • easier sending and receiving of orders,
• compactness and all the necessary information in one place
• easier organization of time for deliverers and partners.
321 Delivery uses the courier's location to assign orders, display delivery status, and estimate time of arrival (ETA). The background location is used exclusively while the courier is active/during the shift, including the period when the application is not open on the screen. When the courier is deactivated (break or end of shift), location tracking stops.
