Accessing my portal. is simple:
1. Create Your Account: Set up your Dignity Health "my care" account at http://login.dignityhealth.org/#/.
2. Download the App: Get the my portal. app by Dignity Health and sign in using your Dignity Health email and password.
3. Select your care region: Depending on where you received care, select the correct region for entry into your patient portal. If you receive a 400 error when attempting to log in:
- Go “Back” to the log in page
- Select “Change site”
- Change your site and try logging in again.
4. Explore and Engage: Start messaging your provider, accessing lab results, and diving into your health records.

The new update made the app even harder to navigate and it was already difficult. The new tile menu doesn't include all the options. For example, to get to clinical notes, you have to click on any one of the boxes and then go back through the menu on the left. It's just extra step after extra step. It's rerouted me so many times. All I want is to check the time for my son's appointment and I've been unable to after 30 minutes. I'm just going to have to call. More work for everyone

We apologize for the difficulty you had finding appointment information. While transitioning to the My Portal app we identified and are working to fix a few issues as quickly as possible.You can also use the My Care app to make or view your appointments until 4/16/24. Worst app I ever seen. Doesn't even show my last visit. Somehow the update made it worse because I also can't message the doctor. Now I'm force to call the office which takes forever for them to pick up. Oh yeah don't even get me started logging in where it says it's an error and then I click back to previous page on my s22 ultra for the app to load my profile. The point is to make everything easier but instead it makes everything more frustrating.

Very frustrating, I open the app and it shows a loading screen but it takes forever to get to the login screen. I've resorted to opening the app and walking away from my phone in hopes that it will allow me to login when I come back. It doesn't always work. When I do manage to login, app is slow and clunky. I wish Dignity Health would bite the bullet and ditch Cerner for EPIC.
