About this app

Dignity Health My Portal helps individuals and families to stay informed, stay educated, and take a more active role in their health. Through the Dignity Health My Portal mobile app, you have real-time and easy access to your online portal. This portal shows your latest health care information and provides services needed to plan, understand, and engage in your care.

Once your account is created with Dignity Health, simply sign in with your Cerner Health username and password.

Features include:
• Securely messaging your provider
• View Upcoming Appointments
• Accessing medical information and Health Documents

Participating providers can also allow you to add your HealthKit data to your electronic medical record.

After some new updates, it doesn't seem to have consolidated any updated information such an upcoming appointment into the newest version of the app. For example, every time I log in, there's the error code 400 screen popping up. Bypassing the error screen, it makes us select a healthcare service region. Once I get to the patient portal dashboard, it doesn't show my upcoming appointment. You need to go back to Dignity main patient portal screen in order to see the upcoming appointment.

Very frustrating, I open the app and it shows a loading screen but it takes forever to get to the login screen. I've resorted to opening the app and walking away from my phone in hopes that it will allow me to login when I come back. It doesn't always work. When I do manage to login, app is slow and clunky. I wish Dignity Health would bite the bullet and ditch Cerner for EPIC.

TERRIBLE UX. The login requires you to read the privacy terms but the link to their site either isn't registering or it doesn't realize you've actually read the terms and conditions, creating an endless loop of never being able to login.
