Accessing my portal. is simple:
1. Create Your Account: Set up your Dignity Health "my care" account at http://login.commonspirit.org/#/.
2. Download the App: Get the my portal. app by Dignity Health and sign in using your Dignity Health email and password.
3. Select your care region: Depending on where you received care, select the correct region for entry into your patient portal. If you receive a 400 error when attempting to log in:
- Go “Back” to the log in page
- Select “Change site”
- Change your site and try logging in again.
4. Explore and Engage: Start messaging your provider, accessing lab results, and diving into your health records.

The new update made the app even harder to navigate and it was already difficult. The new tile menu doesn't include all the options. For example, to get to clinical notes, you have to click on any one of the boxes and then go back through the menu on the left. It's just extra step after extra step. It's rerouted me so many times. All I want is to check the time for my son's appointment and I've been unable to after 30 minutes. I'm just going to have to call. More work for everyone

Everytime I try to login it tells me my password is incorrect. When I try to reset it, it won't accept ANY password, even though they meet every listed requirement. I've made up so many brand new passwords for this thing I cant even think of anymore! I'd love to be able to access the portal but unfortunately I can't even get past the login page because it keeps flagging every password as if it contains my name, is common, or is one of my previous passwords. Beyond frustrating!

So you can't enroll with this app. You need a link from an email that you may or may not be sent. Problem 1. Problem 2 not very easy to navigate. Problem 3 parents cannot access or merge accounts (such as with the kaiser app) to view children's test results. With school starting and covid results being a must to present, how can we as parents access them quickly without going through medical records? Fix this 3 problems and you'll have a great app. Until then it is sub par.
