CHO Sathi is a clinical decision-support and workflow guidance application developed for Community Health Officers (CHOs) under NHM Odisha. The app helps CHOs deliver standardized, efficient and timely primary healthcare at Sub-Centre Ayushman Arogya Mandirs (SC-AAMs), using the ICMR-approved Clinical Workflows for assessment, management, referral and wellness services.
Designed as a quick reference tool, CHO Sathi supports CHOs across the full range of services—from emergency identification to routine care—ensuring consistent, evidence-based decision-making during field practice.
CHO Sathi is designed as an aid to clinical decision-making, offering workflow navigation, assessment checklists and counselling guidelines based on ICMR’s standardized clinical workflow document. It supports CHOs to provide consistent, quality-oriented primary healthcare services within their defined scope of work.
