DVIS Arrival & Dismissal is a secure, staff-only application for managing student arrivals, attendance, carpool, school program transfers, and dismissals at Da Vinci International School.

Authorized school employees can:

• Record student arrival times
• Identify on-time and tardy arrivals
• Document whether a tardy arrival is excused
• Call students for dismissal
• Verify authorized pickup persons
• Record carpool and custom pickup times
• Transfer students to After Care A, After Care B, Enrichment, or Late Pick Up
• Track which staff member recorded each action
• View the internal dismissal board
• Maintain authorized pickup information
• Review daily and annual attendance summaries

Access is restricted to authorized school employees. Student information is used only for school safety, attendance, arrival, and dismissal operations.
