Hello, I am unable to open the Eco Mitram app on my Realme 14 Pro+ device. The app stays on the loading screen and doesn't proceed further. I have tried reinstalling, clearing data, and disabling battery optimization, but the issue still persists. Please suggest a solution or provide an update.

The download is stuck at 52%, even though the size is so small. I tried re-starting my internet, restarted my phone. Yet the results are same. I have 100x more space the that of the app, so there's no storage problem. And my internet proceeds till 52% in seconds and installs other apps from the Play Store just well, so no internet problem as well. I was recommended to use this app by my school for attending a quiz, yet really annoyed. Please fix this issue

This has to be the worst app I've used in a long time. I mean I can't even open your terms and conditions.. moreover there are random crashes, it doesn't like being used in split screen, sometimes shows me false notifications. I can't even complete a quiz properly. You guys should dismantle this app. Very disappointed
