a major problem occurs when a subject quiz / review requires you to drag/drop a selection into a box. The screen won't scroll with the dragging, and you can't pan out enough to see every available answer. This causes you to leave a 1 or more blank, which results in getting that question wrong. Another issue seems to be that a few videos have play errors or are marked private. This causes missed subject material which also leads to wrong answers if you aren't able to guess correctly.

This app is used with the NJATC electrician apprenticeship. In my experience, the app works great on a desktop/laptop computer but not so much on a phone. Videos, labs, reference material, and pop up images (in the lesson quizzes) are non functional on a smart phone. I don't own a tablet but I suspect that the OS may dictate the experience you have. In the current iteration, I recommend a computer for the full functionality of the app. Hopefully functionality will improve with future updates.

Well it used to show my options to to get into my class courses but now it's just a barren main menu page with basic account info and that's about it. Uninstalled and logged back in multiple times and still no options. Why does njatc keep messing with things that were working just fine?

A recent update was made to the app to support changes to Android. As an LMS user can you put in a support ticket about this from the LMS support icon? That will route the issue to our support team and we will be able to track your user account, your training location, etc.. and we will be able to troubleshoot for you.
