To use the Embers Credit Union app, you must be enrolled as a Embers Credit Union Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Great bank. Terrible app. It takes days to show transactions so you know exactly what is in your account. When asked they suggested I carry around a notebook and pen to know my updated balance. I thought that was why I have the app. To have to write down every transaction on paper is really not convenient in any way. I like to be on top of my accounts all the time to make sure I know exactly what is going on financially so I don't miss anything and it cost me more money.

The inability of this app to record outstanding checks or credit card purchases without resorting to paper and pen makes it totally useless in keeping track of your current balance. NOT AN IMPROVEMENT! Feedback to this institution was fruitless. They told me the old app did not have that capability when in fact...it did! A recent update did NOTHING to rectify that.

Easy to use. Very convenient for home banking. Feels secure with multiple levels of authentication to login. Have had no trouble getting in contact with bank employees and they respond in a timely/kind manner. Lifelong Credit Union member and will continue to be.
