Do NOT BANK with EMBOLD! The new app & website DELETED all of my previous Bill pays, automatic transfers to internal & external accounts, including Embold members! I tried calling several times & was on hold for 35 minutes, no answer. Called again & line is busy. They created 2 new phone #s for this fiasco of a new banking system & no one will answer. I have been a member my entire life because family was one of the founders. I am leaving this corrupt credit union!

it would be 5 stars. my only complaint is a pretty valid one, and I almost gave an even lower score because of it. when they updated it they deleted everyone's online banking account without any warning, so I had to go like a week because the site said it was undergoing "scheduled maintenance" when in fact it got shut down. this is unacceptable in my opinion, because ppl need to be able to access their money.

awful. im all for learning a new way for a challenge but not being able to organize list of accounts or remove unused accounts from view is awful! now I have to look at all my accounts on the main page. the Organize button to tap and move doesnt work. this might be my breaking point to move to another credit union. after all these years...
