it does not install on the tablet: after pressing the installation icon, it goves the following message: this app will be installed on your device soon. is this a joke? ETS, hhas not been functioning properly since the last year when the last changes to the exam became effective. it is more like a corporate capitalisim than an educational institution.

App overall is fine but I'm not able to download my score report because of some permissions issue. The app is supposed to prompt the setting but it doesn't seem to do so, please help me rectify this issue because I need my score report immediately. Thank you

Cannot access from mobile smartphones, mine is android and it keeps showing the circle pausing mark and never let me use the app on my phone. Or shows deteriorated pages which is unable to answer the questions. Please fix as soon as possible.
