Project Manager is a task and project manager built on the Getting Things Done (GTD) method.

Capture anything in one tap, organise it into projects, and always know what to do next. The structure is deliberately simple: tags replace contexts, and capture is a single action rather than a separate screen. The focus stays on Next Actions and Projects.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Capture: tap the button and type. Sort it out later.
2. Triage: turn inbox items into tasks, assign a project and add tags.
3. Do: open Next Actions and choose from selected tasks.
4. Track: mark tasks as Waiting when blocked and Done when finished.

SYNC

Sync is an optional subscription that keeps your Areas, Projects, Tasks and Tags up to date on every device (Android / IOS / Mac / Windows / Linux).

YOUR DATA

Your data is stored on your device by default. You can delete all data from within the app at any time, and request full account deletion by email.
