This app frequently sucks. Just now it forces you to go to the app store to download a new version, but there's no new version available. Even uninstalling and reinstalling still forces you to go to the app store to download a new version. There is no way to use the app. Infinite loop! Also, in the past this app added a new requirement for phone verification. However, no matter how many times you entered the code, it would still request a new verification. More infinite loops!!

Kept insisting I input an access code because the site was access controlled (not the case). I kept getting routed to Google maps, which wasn't helpful since I was at the station and just wanted to start a charge. Frustrating when you have to spend 5 minutes navigating an app to even start charging. Please just have PlugShare as an option.

good app, decent and competitive prices. Best and most reliable chargers, once you learn to hit the "start" button on the machine. took a few minutes to figure that out... Maybe add a "hit start on the machine" prompt for the first 3 tines or something. could save some people headaches. Only charge
