BinEd is open source hex editor tool, which allows to directly browse and edit content of any file or binary data.

i would blame UI but latest updates - edit dialog - improve how app can be used to edit files. I still get used to PC HxD but that my personal issue ofc PCs UIs are easier to use. Still there is problem in app - Search function won't work. Or not work as expected, i dunno. Or require too much memory idk. Only reason for 4 star. Is that possible on Android (and which version?) to make it multi-task: open two files and compare/multi-search them? If that possible... this app not have that.

Too many wasted spaces. DEL and INS occupies a full line with NOTHING else. Navigation hatd as hell. How can you go to 0x123ff? You have to scroll, and scroll and SCROLL... and something else doesnt bother anymore...

I need to edit a hex file maybe once in a few years, but when i do, it's usually a lot of trouble. With this app i could edit a file in a matter of minutes. Not the best user interface out there, but gets the job done, indeed very well.
