BinEd is open source hex editor tool, which allows to directly browse and edit content of any file or binary data.

- Visualize data as numerical (hexadecimal) codes and text representation

not bad for this app... very useful it automatically detects the size of the file

Works great, however would like an option to search bytes or different string formats (if there is one I couldn't find it).

pretty good, search could have more options, and scroll wheel sounds nice, but as long as this isn't spyware it's good +1
