About this app

SilseCyL is the official app for the Spanish Sign Language Interpretation and Video Interpretation Service of Castile and León, designed to ensure accessibility and communication between deaf, deafblind, or hearing people.
With SilseCyL you can:
• Make video calls with an LSE interpreter to communicate with any person or organization.
• Make an appointment with interpreters for meetings, procedures, or paperwork.
• Make voice calls through a video interpreter, facilitating communication with hearing people.
• Contact Emergencies 112 and the Atiende service via video call, free of charge and without registration.
• View and manage your requested and completed services from the app.

• Real-time communication through synchronized voice, text, and video.
• Compliance with Directive (EU) 2019/882 on accessibility.
• Quick access to priority services such as Emergency 112, with automatic geolocation for more efficient care.

Requirements:
• Internet connection (4G/5G or Wi-Fi).
• Acceptance of camera, microphone, and location permissions (in case of emergencies).
SilseCyL is a service funded by the European Union (Next Generation EU), the Government of Spain, and the Regional Government of Castilla y León, as part of the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan, to promote inclusion and universal accessibility.
