This tool has been developed exclusively for the medical and support staff of the FCV, with the aim of streamlining, securing, and digitizing the process of obtaining informed consent and dissent signatures within our institution.

Quick Search: Search and view the specific consent or dissent documents for each procedure or patient.

Reading and Verification: Clear interface for detailed reading of medical terms by both the professional and the patient.

Staff Digital Signature: Authorized medical personnel can sign documents directly from the device, validating their professional responsibility.

Patient and Representative Signature: Allow the patient or their legal representative to sign and authorize procedures directly on the device screen securely and legally.

Secure Storage: Immediate synchronization with the FCV's internal systems, guaranteeing the integrity and availability of the medical record.
