FELLOW FEELING FOUNDATION

About this app

FFF Admin is the internal tool used by the trustees and staff of Fellow
Feeling Foundation, a Section 8 non-profit company registered in
Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

It is not a donation app. It is the working tool behind one.

MONEY
• See what has been raised this month and this financial year
• Record donations arriving in cash, by cheque, by bank transfer or by
direct UPI, alongside those taken online
• Every donation gets a numbered receipt in one continuous series
• Share a receipt to WhatsApp or email, or download the PDF
• Find any past donation by name, PAN or receipt number

CASES
• Keep projects the foundation runs separate from individual cases it
has verified
• Work through a verification checklist before a case may go live — the
bill seen, the hospital spoken to, the home visited
• Attach the fee bill, the estimate or the medical reports, stored
outside the public website
• Add photographs at each stage, with consent recorded
• Move a case through its stages, from application received to completed

DONORS
• Lifetime giving history for every donor
• See who is missing a PAN, which blocks the annual filing
• Spot repeat givers, and donors who have lapsed

REPORTS
• Form 10BD data exported ready for filing
• The full donation ledger for your accountant
• Where donations come from, and how they arrive

HOW IT WORKS
The app talks only to the foundation's own server. There is no analytics
and no advertising of any kind.

Beneficiary names, phone numbers and the schools or hospitals involved
are held inside this app alone. They are never sent to the public
website, which shows a case by its reference number only.

WHO IT IS FOR
Authorised staff and trustees of Fellow Feeling Foundation. Sign-in is
required and accounts are issued by the foundation.
