To use the First Heritage FCU app, you must be enrolled as a First Heritage FCU Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Ratings and reviews

Very useful, I use it most days. Can keep track of all my accounts and my car loan in one place and easily transfer money between them. Only issue I have is sometimes the mobile deposit is very fussy about lighting and if you have a non-standard check (weird sized or poorly printed), forget about it.

I hate the fact that I have no choice but to use a security password on my phones lock screen or my fingerprint, or else I have to use a 2 step verification to get into the app. this needs to be fixed. I have never used a password or fingerprint on my lock screen before and honestly never planned on ever using it. I can 100% see using a password for the app like I always have. This is just plain dumb. if it wasn't for the fact that we love the bank itself, I would switch banks because of this.

update is terrible login is way to difficult and you can't use pin login on app unless it is Linked to your phone home screen pin so. it's less secure now if someone sees you home screen pin they simply use it to get into your banking app and they have full access incredibly stupid, no way around unless you wait for a text message code that is not reliable and is a slow process.
