1 star because I HAD to. Before the downgrade was recently done, this WAS a great app. Easy to navigate, no trouble telling if something had posted or not, I could filter by posted, pending, deposits, etc. Now I'm lucky if I can see what's in my account! Forget it if I want to know if something has cleared my account. And the biggest reason I use this bank- the pictures of checks I have written once they are cashed by the recipients- total garbage now! I think I'll be switching banks now.

New & Improved, a bad experience. It used to be that when I checked the web or the app, that I could easily see how much and when payments were going out. This is now a painful exercise. Nothing is clear anymore when it comes to payments/ transfers, etc. I have repeatedly tried to make sense of it and it is just awful. Either go back to how it was, or fix it! I'm at the point where I may need to change banks completely because of this. I need to know where my money is at all times.

If you have a loan here and use external banking to pay said loan good luck. Why? Because there is no confirmation number or even a pending post to let you know if the transfer happened. I found out the hard way. I did 3 transfers thinking I missed something. Days later they posted all 3 transactions. No question on why they were all the same amount and all around the same time frame. I only found out later because of a call from my main bank telling me about the 3 same transactions.
