The app does not correctly display the history, at least ot for lifewater donors. All the info is there, but they are not properly grouped by year; 2024 only shows 2 months, while some of the other 2024 months show up under 2022. Basically a mixed up mess. On the plus side, they did move my history and login over.

I absolutely hate that I am forced to download a 3rd party app just to manage donations that I submitted through another organization's app. They had no problem taking my money through a recurring payment scheme, but I have to jump through multiple other hoops if I want to cancel it.

Hello, Funraise provides technology for nonprofit organizations — we are not necessarily responsible for the donation experience you've described, as each nonprofit organization has their own strategy. Nonprofit organizations enable the Giving app as a benefit to their donors.

Hello, I've been trying to cancel the reoccurring monthly payment and have not been able to. As of today I do not want to donate to your organization from my Schools First Federal Credit Union account. Please discontinue the monthly automatic withdrawal. If this request continues to be ignored, I will publish your lack of concern for my request to my social media accounts and make a firm effort to discredit your organization regarding this issue. My bank is unable to do this on my behalf.

Hello, Funraise's app serves nonprofit organizations directly, we are not able to manage your donations. If you create an account with the email address you've used to donate to an organization that uses Funraise, you will be able to cancel a recurring subscription in the app. Otherwise, please contact the organization directly with this request.
