BEWARE, it's expensive and is not easy to cancel. I had to call in order to cancel. Never spoke to an associate because none were available, then it made me leave a voice-mail. I also requested a cancelation online. I received an automated email back stating it could take two business days to receive a call back. That is absolutely ridiculous. If I would have know Geniini made it so hard to cancel, I would have NEVER signed up in the first place.

Don't subscribe.. after subscription you can't unsubscribe easily..they don't receive calls and always they are busy..I lost lots of money for calling them. They have online subscription option but they don't have unsubscription option in online and we have to call them and request them to cancel our registration. lol

At first we liked the app & it was helpful. We also appreciate that they gave us a discount. However when It was time to unsubscribe it was complicated, especially if youre not from the US. I feel like I'm stuck paying for a service I haven't used in months. NEED TO UNSUBSCRIBE!
