An application that allows you to submit and follow-up complaints and submit the following requests in the Green Hands project:
1- A new card that is not activated or replaced with a new card
2- Request for a transfer to another camp or residence
3- Request a replacement for a lost card
4- Request a replacement for a damaged card
5- I registered, but I did not receive the card
6- New registration request
7- Request to modify individuals
8- Request to disengage individuals
9- Request for family disengagement
10- Request to replace the name of the card owner
11- Request to stop a card
12- Request to add a case of disability or people with special needs

لا استطيع رفع شكواي علما باني منذ شهر رفعت شكوى لكم ولدى مراجعتكم اخبرتموني بانه سيتوقف التطبيق لبضعة ايام ويجب اعادة رفع الشكوى وبعد التحديث لا استطيع رفع الشكوى لان الشكوى القديمة مازالت موجودة حتى لوحذفت التطبيق نفس الشي
