To log in to the mobile app, use your Georgia United username and password or if you are a first-time user, select the enroll link to set up your account. Once you’ve set up your account, enable fingerprint or facial recognition for added convenience.

I wasn't able to articulate to a customer service rep I talking to, but thanks to the people leaving the comments. I was trying to tell her I like the old version that showed you balance after making any purchase. With this new version, I keep getting more transfer fees because I am not sure if it was enough in my account checking account after paying a bunch of bills, especially with the pending purchase delays.

The app is really pretty, but I can't label any of my accounts. In order to figure out which account is what, I have to look at the balance, and then look at the transactions to figure out whose account it is. Extremely frustrating. There's also no way to contact support except for a phone number or an email that opens a separate app which I do not use. It would be helpful to have a chat or a message system within the app.

This new app left off several of my previous regular payees that I normally pay on the go using only my mobile phone. Now I have to Inconveniently go to my desktop or laptop to make a payment which requires a good bit more amount of time and inconvenience. I have asked them to fix the new app to reflect all of my previous Payees and the payment history of each payee which is very important to me. They want me to reenter each previous payee which would delete that pymt history. Very dissatisfied
