Everyday banking is a breeze with the Georgia United Mobile App. Tap into convenient tools and services that provide quick and secure access to your funds so you can enjoy the freedom to bank anytime, from anywhere.

With the Georgia United Mobile App, you can:
• Stay organized by viewing balances and transactions and adding tags, notes and photos of receipts and checks
• Set up alerts so you know when your balance drops below a certain amount
• Make payments, whether you’re paying a company or a friend
• Transfer money between your accounts
• Deposit checks* swiftly by taking a picture
• Freeze your card if you’ve misplaced it
• View and save your monthly statements
• Find branches and ATMs near you
• Aggregate your financial accounts
• View spending trends or set a budget

GET STARTED
To log in to the mobile app, use your Georgia United username and password or if you are a first-time user, select the enroll link to set up your account. Once you’ve set up your account, enable fingerprint or facial recognition for added convenience.

I love all of the safety this credit union offers. I get an immediate notification when some questionable activity happens with my account. I recently had a situation where someone tried to get $$$, but because of the security features and quick notification, I was able to decline those transactions as unauthorized. Customer service is excellent on the phone and in person at the credit union building. After 20+ years, I will continue to use this bank, and I applaud the employees. Excellent!

My experience with GUCU has been on average not good. I've been hung up on by their call center (which usually sounds like low caliber call center types...except from their hose or remote). The numbers on my card rubb off (no other bank I've used has this problem...I've replaced 3 over time). The app won't work with certain transfers and person 1 at the call center can't help and person 2 when I call can. For now, I tolerate it till I have time to change banks.

I had to change my rating from 1 to 5 stars. I called and spoke to someone who was able to get me the help I needed. I'm so excited! ALL of my payees have been restored! I'm a very happy girl. Thank you so much! 😊 Not happy at all. All of my payees on Bill Pay are gone. Now I have to go in and reload ALL of them. Tried to get help by calling and got transferred twice, then hung up on. So frustrated! The old app was much easier.
