With the Georgia United Mobile App, you can:
• Stay organized by viewing balances and transactions and adding tags, notes and photos of receipts and checks
• Set up alerts so you know when your balance drops below a certain amount
• Make payments, whether you’re paying a company or a friend
• Transfer money between your accounts
• Deposit checks* swiftly by taking a picture
• Freeze your card if you’ve misplaced it
• View and save your monthly statements

To log in to the mobile app, use your Georgia United username and password or if you are a first-time user, select the enroll link to set up your account. Once you’ve set up your account, enable fingerprint or facial recognition for added convenience.

For some bizarre reason everytime I try to log in on the app using the password I created it will tell me wrong password. I will then enter the same password online and it will allow me to login. Something isn't matching up with the app and online banking, if my password is "wrong" it shouldn't allow me to sign in online, which it has and multiple times too. I've also had to change my password maybe over 10 times for that same reason, and it still continues. This new app is frustrating!

I wasn't able to articulate to a customer service rep I talking to, but thanks to the people leaving the comments. I was trying to tell her I like the old version that showed you balance after making any purchase. With this new version, I keep getting more transfer fees because I am not sure if it was enough in my account checking account after paying a bunch of bills, especially with the pending purchase delays.

Login credential issue with username, but I found the fix for your problem. After being on the phone with your support for over an hour because I couldn't login using the app, but could login using a browser I tried logging in with a blank space on the username and boom, I'm in. For whatever reason the app needed a blank space at the end of the username for the app, but not the browser.
