I love the idea of Hive! However, the app needs some work. I haven't been able to add my social link to my profile, it always says Invalid URL no matter how I type it. Also, I tried to take a photo to add to my post, but doing so erased my post and reloaded the app--and no picture was taken! These frustrations could make a bad first impression, which is a bummer because Hive is awesome. Also, why doesn't Dark Mode stay on after closing the app?

Love the UI! Concept is solid. My best advice to devs, CLOSE Beta testing. I'm not sure if your server is having issues with the volume of users, or it's just issues with your script but the lag is real. It's almost impossible to use the app during peak hours, let alone actively test for bugs. Lock it down, sort out the major kinks, get you some beefy servers and fire it off. Users are going to run away before the app is outside of testing. Best of luck.

The app has great promise. With a few tweaks, I could love it more than either twitter or Instagram. I understand that their servers are small right now, and the dev team is all of three people. It was never developed enough to handle the volume its getting all of a sudden. I hope it expands its resources. The team is doing a fantastic job, considering. The app is slow, and a bit buggy. However, the layout is wonderful. I like the NSFW filter. I hope with more resources they can catch up.
