Needs a lot of work. Can't pull-to-refresh, can't refresh AT ALL.. you have to force-quit the app and reopen. Also, there's just about every notification option EXCEPT one that tells you when a deposit has been made INTO your account. And it's slow. And much more. 🤷🏾♂️ PS: A Material Design makeover to its form and (desperately) function would reeeally help this app and its users.

Daniel, thank you for your feedback. There isn’t pull to refresh, but you can see activities like transfers in-between accounts appear in your transaction history right away. If you’d like to receive a deposit alert, you can create a ‘History Alert’ that looks for a Credit Transaction or matches a certain Description. I hope this is helpful.

Among all the banking Apps I am currently using, this is on the bottom. My frustration is on the inability to navigate out of the App using phone back button. Once opened, it can't be closed unless I use phone home button. I use secured folder; each time I access the App via the folder, I wouldn't be able to return to the folder because the App could not be closed, hence using the phone home button to close everything out. Also, taking check pic while depositing doesn't turn on the phone light

Sorry for any frustration regarding Back button access. If you tap the Recents button to the left of the Home button on your device, you can access any of your recently opened apps to switch back and forth between them. Regarding making mobile deposits, we will submit an enhancement request for the developers to consider for future improvements.

Roll this back to the last version until you get it fixed! The last update has been nothing but issues. Normally I can reinstall and fix but today I've done it 3 times with no success. I'm left having to drive 2hrs round trip to make a deposit! If they can't fix this I'll be moving my business to a local bank. Sad because I've been a member for 20+ years.
