It's an enjoyble enough read. It's quite short and the humor may not be for everyone. The listed word count is a bit deceptive. It achieves this by not using standard looping techniques/if statements for choices and writing out whole bits of conversations over again.

A nice break from the high-stakes CoG books. I found the game hilarious from time to time, you really have to throw yourself into these stupid jokes, however. The more you allow yourself to relax and have fun, the better. It's nice for one playthrough and an afternoon, since the character lack real depth and the plot is kinda non-existent, to be actually invested in a secondary playthrough, unless you're going for the achievement grind. After that, you heard all jokes and it's not funny anymore

I thought this was gonna be about a sensei that trains fighters or something. This story could have easily been called Life of an English teacher in Japan. The story was very realistic, almost to the point of boredom. The ending telling me to restart was just weird; this story was different from other choose your own adventure games. While somewhat bland and not a very fun game to play at all: the book itself is written well and it has good dialogue.
